Overall Satisfaction with Guru
I used Guru Cards on a daily basis for the concerns that are new to us. We need to check the respective Guru Cards with the right keywords to get the resolution steps and guidance that are listed on the Guru Cards in order to get in touch with the right team to get the issue resolved. I almost get all the resolutions and guidance, and it is very simple and easy to navigate.

Easy to navigate and search the concern with the help inbuilt AI features of Guru which help to get the details easily in real-time with minimal keywords. It saved time while navigating the suggested Guru Card for the concern and it helped to improve the customer satisfaction level by resolving the concern in less time.
