Overall Satisfaction with Highspot
HighSpot is how we surface our internal and external documentation relating to our product. We've built sections for each department to house the information they need.
- Great visualization for your documents.
- Great customization to create spaces for your employees to find the content they need.
- Great keyword searching.
- Uploading and tagging documents are sometimes cumbersome.
- Side menus don't always show the things I want to see and don't allow for much customization.
- Finding and sharing documents with clients has been easier than ever.
- Sharing documents with clients via HighSpot allows us to know how much time the client has spent engaging with your content. Because of that, our content has improved.
