Overall Satisfaction with HireVue
We use hirevue to pre-screen candidates before bringing them in for a face to face interview. This has saved us significant time and allowed us to get a better idea of how well a potential employee will be able to do the job.
- Less pressure for the interviewee
- Frees up the time of the hiring managers
- Is consistent across candidates
- The CodeVue portion of HireVue works better for some programming languages than others
- Is an awkward experience for candidates to go through (not something they expect)
- Has eliminated some need for phone screening
- Gives us a good picture of a candidate before we have a face to face interview
