Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

  • Blogging platform is easy to use.
  • They nurture customers and provide helpful advice through their weekly blogs.
  • Technical support staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful.
  • Outstanding 2013 Inbound Marketing Conference. Informative and entertaining. I learned so much!
  • Expertise of staff like Dan Zarella and Pamela Vaughn.
  • Package options that are affordable for new start-ups.
  • More blogs on higher education sector. I've noticed an increasing number of blog about non-profits but I would welcome some tailored to higher ed.
  • Some of the features of the blog platform could be more user-friendly like a separate button for news and blog updates. For example, I wanted to create a news article but I had to go back into an existing news article to create one.
  • I was getting an error message on blogs for lack of meta tag words and it took awhile to fix it.
  • Not sure. That would be a question for our co-founder to answer.
  • Having said that, great analytics on number of CTR, etc..
  • I like the weekly updates of blog clicks which can tell me which articles have done best
I have already spread the word of Hubspot within my industry (business school marketing and admissions). A few have heard about it. Others haven't. So, there is a brand awareness issue. It would be of great value to my industry so I think you could start reaching out to business schools.

Using HubSpot

Well, I'm not the decision-maker but I would suggest renewing if asked. Great thought leadership and I like the focus on continuous improvement such as the introduction of Signals. I think the software is very user-friendly and the technical team is terrific when it comes to answering questions and problem solving.
