We use HubSpot here across our whole company; we are recognized as one of HubSpot's Platinum partners. Not only do we utilize HubSpot ourselves, but we require all of our clients to use it as well. Using HubSpot simply makes our daily lives easier since it's a one stop shop. We have everything we need in one place and are therefore able to complete work faster and with less effort than if we were to do it without the software. HubSpot has afforded us the luxury of having more time to focus on other things that we wouldn't typically be able to give our undivided attention.
  • Lead nurturing workflows. These workflows allow us to leverage our leads and maximize our email marketing. We are able to show our prospects what they want, when they want to see it at critical points of engagement. Not just when we remember to send it. Workflows have the ability to help drive our leads down the sales funnel.
  • Lead scoring. This helps make our sales organization more efficient because we are able to decide at which point a total score would validate marking a user a qualified lead who can then be sent to our sales team for conversion. HubSpot's lead scoring let's us set up a custom set of criteria to automatically score our leads in real time
  • One of the only things that comes to mind where HubSpot could improve, would be to have an option for timed workflows. There is research that supports there are certain times that are just better to send an email and I think if we were able to implement a feature like this, we would be able to even better engage our prospects.
  • HubSpot has allowed for much faster lead conversion because of implementing lead scoring and workflows. This ultimately has benefitted our overall ROI. We are attracting more qualified leads and moving them through the sales funnel faster. Having an all in one software like HubSpot allows us to learn more about our leads so we are able to do this.

I am not the person that is in charge of renewing with HubSpot, but I know there is no chance our company would not renew especially considering we are one of HubSpot's platinum partners.
HubSpot is appropriate for any business that is looking to to succeed. HubSpot allows businesses to save both time and money while generating leads and revenue. Put simply, if you want to make your life easier while making more money, HubSpot is for you. Before making the plunge and purchasing HubSpot, it would be beneficial to talk to other companies that utilize the software. See what works for them and what tools they utilize the most. It would be especially helpful if you contact the companies that are in a similar industry.
