Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We use HubSpot both for ourselves and for our clients. The most valuable piece for what we do (content marketing) is the combination of landing page/email workflow process.
- The reporting is fantastic. It tracks anything and everything we need.
- The automation process helps us most - the ability to create a workflow for triggers across a wide range of activities.
- The outgoing email tools are very helpful and easy to use - both for the workflow process and for sending individual or group emails.
- I wish there was more functionality in the app. It's great for reporting, but there doesn't seem to be an ability to DO much - like create an email or landing page, etc.
- Much better tracking - we (and our clients) have great information on contacts that we never had before
- As a reseller, it has allowed me to sell a higher level of service
I chose HubSpot mostly because of the reputation in the industry as the leader. I've had clients/prospects ask me to compare to InfusionSoft, in particular, and I say it's just not the service we use. I don't spend a ton of time comparing. HubSpot works great and we have proof to show.
HubSpot is bringing us business - both for our own use and as we offer it to clients.
