Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
HubSpot is used by the Marketing department (which is just me) to host our blog, capture lead information, email prospects and contacts, manage webinar registrations, create call to actions, develop landing pages and forms, track sources of leads, publish to social media, handle drip campaigns, improve SEO on our website and blog, and learn about best practices in inbound marketing. Because it's just me carrying out all of these initiatives, I needed a tool that could handle everything, easily. HubSpot is that tool.
- Intuitive interface that is remarkably easy to learn and easy to use. Extensive training videos to learn about the HubSpot methodology as well as how to use the tool.
- Extensive amount of features. Can do anything in HubSpot!
- Support is awesome! You have the option to submit an email question, check the knowledge database, or request that someone give you a phone call. Everyone is super friendly and nice! Every question/problem can't be fixed but that's the nature of the beast!
- The reporting section is really great for sources. However, you can't add columns like you can in Salesforce, which means you either have to go over to Salesforce or export to Excel to see things in columns.
- Some formatting just can't be done in their interface (small annoyance).
- Increased employee capabilities and time to results.
I used ClickDimensions at my previous job and the difference is night and day in terms of usability, support, and capabilities. ClickDimensions is tied directly to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which gives it a penalty from the start, but it was incredibly hard to use, was always down, and support was non-existent. HubSpot is the exact opposite - love it!
