Our Marketing and Sales teams use Hubspot for marketing automation including blogs, emails, social media, and as a CRM.
- Constantly evolving with updates that improve usability and add new features.
- Clean interface and analytics that are pleasant to look at
- Simple if knowledge is lacking, yet also allows for complex tasks for more experiences users
- Some areas of the software don't completely connect with each other in ways it seems they should
- Some tasks that seem simple can become complex because of missing features
- Smaller features can be hidden away and never found without reading many tutorials and guides
- Streamlined content creation and distribution
- Included a free CRM program for sales staff saving thousands per year
- Allowed for better customer retention and inbound strategies, gaining new leads and moving current ones

We chose Hubspot because it was a simpler functioning software program than something like Eloqua, while still providing everything we needed. After seeing demos for a lot of marketing automation software, we came to the conclusion that many others bogged users down in order to allow for every possible situation. Hubspot made it simple to do every day tasks, while still allowing for complex processes to be set up once we got accustomed to the software.
