Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
Hubspot is used throughout our whole organization. It helps us market for all of our clients and we have had a great experience with them!
- Hubspot makes inbound marketing a snap. They provide excellent resources for your to use when dealing with your clients.
- Hubspot has a great training sector that all employees got through. It is detailed and filled with useful information.
- Hubspot has great customer service. If ever there is a problem or a glitch, Hubspot will come along side and help you with the problem!
- It would be good to see Instagram in the social tool.
- HubSpot caters to small to medium sized businesses and not bigger businesses.
- More in portal optimization checks.
- From my perspective it comes down to budget. If you have enough sales or enough capital raised as an early stage, I would almost always pull the trigger on it if you have any expectation on significant percentage of your sales growth coming from inbound marketing leads. If the majority of your leads will not be coming in through marketing channels, then HubSpot's value versus cost goes down significantly.
