Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is used by certain businesses within my company. Some of our subsidiaries have adopted HubSpot's CRM as their full-time CRM, while other departments use it simply as an enhanced intelligence tool. It is not used by the whole organization, as we have also built our own home-grown CRM platform. HubSpot CRM allows for really great intelligence in a simple to use experience, with exceptional integration with our HubSpot marketing platform.
  • It's easy to use and deploy
  • It integrates exceptionally well with HubSpot
  • It just works out of the box, with no configuration needed
  • It's not as robust in its feature offerings as major players like Salesforce (but again, it isn't trying to be Salesforce)
  • Quick deployment with minimal work
HubSpot CRM makes sense in environments where agility, quick deployment, and rapid adoption are necessary. It's a relatively simple CRM offering that does have some depth when you explore the platform. That said, HubSpot is not trying to be the next Salesforce with this product. It's designed for people who want simplicity, ease of use, strong integration with HubSpot's marketing system, and a good-enough solution for CRM.
