Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is used by certain businesses within my company. Some of our subsidiaries have adopted HubSpot's CRM as their full-time CRM, while other departments use it simply as an enhanced intelligence tool. It is not used by the whole organization, as we have also built our own home-grown CRM platform. HubSpot CRM allows for really great intelligence in a simple to use experience, with exceptional integration with our HubSpot marketing platform.
Pros
- It's easy to use and deploy
- It integrates exceptionally well with HubSpot
- It just works out of the box, with no configuration needed
Cons
- It's not as robust in its feature offerings as major players like Salesforce (but again, it isn't trying to be Salesforce)
- Quick deployment with minimal work
