Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Our entire organization uses HubSpot. We use it to organize all our clients and track customer support and tickets. We have grown exponentially over the past year and one of the reasons we have been able to stay on top of all of our clients and deals is with the help of HubSpot.
- Ease of use
- Custom properties
- Integrations with other software
- Large jumps between paid price tiers.
- Inability to pay for certain features instead of an entire new package.
- Can't lock certain properties on a contact. A new form entry overrides all past properties, even if you don't want certain properties to change.
- Increased ability to manage contacts.
- Increased speed in understanding customer history.
Our team is so small so our Sales and Marketing teams are one and the same.
