Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our entire organization uses HubSpot. We use it to organize all our clients and track customer support and tickets. We have grown exponentially over the past year and one of the reasons we have been able to stay on top of all of our clients and deals is with the help of HubSpot.
  • Ease of use
  • Custom properties
  • Integrations with other software
  • Large jumps between paid price tiers.
  • Inability to pay for certain features instead of an entire new package.
  • Can't lock certain properties on a contact. A new form entry overrides all past properties, even if you don't want certain properties to change.
  • Increased ability to manage contacts.
  • Increased speed in understanding customer history.
We have never used another CRM so I cannot speak to this question.

Yes

HubSpot is great in many respects. It's easy to use and I love the lists. Custom properties are great and we always use the email templates and snippets. On the other hand, HubSpot needs to be able to integrate with more platforms including LicenseSpring and FastSpring. We have to use Zapier to achieve the functionality we need. I would also say that HubSpot should be better with marketing contacts. I cannot change them from the individual contact pages. I have to change them from the main contacts page. There are many ways in which HubSpot can improve little things that start to become irritating if you have to encounter them over and over again.
