Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The whole organization uses HubSpot CRM in some way. It allows for all customer accounts to be held in one place and for all businesses to use the same portal to view information on those accounts.
  • Easy to merge customers
  • Easy to submit tickets
  • Less outages
  • Quicker processing of actions. Sometimes it runs a bit slow and this is not to do with internet connection.
  • I am not involved with HubSpot CRM on that level to answer this question
I prefer Salesforce.com over HubSpot CRM for multi-location account management.
The business selected HubSpot CRM, not me personally.

I don't think the system works well for multi-location accounts. It becomes very messy very quickly, and it's hard to see an overall view of everything in one place.
