Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is being used mostly by our Marketing Department and Sales Department to track the communication between our company and our contacts. HubSpot CRM is helpful in ensuring we're not bombarding our contacts with emails.

- User interface.
Cons
- Call functionality.
- Email functionality.
- Third party integrations (Aircall is one we use).
- Increased conversion rate.
- More tactical outreach.
HubSpot CRM has allowed my Sales team to make outreach decisions based on communication they may have already received from Marketing.
I used Compass MLS in another role. Compass is better suited for taking care of products/shipping needs. HubSpot CRM is better suited for contact management.
