Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use it to track and manage all of my clients. HubSpot has made organizing and keeping up with clients much easier. We can see everything at any point in time and it makes our communication much more efficient.
  • All the options visually displaying the dashboard.
  • Showing a complete history of contact.
  • All of the other software it can implement- DocuSign, texting, Zoom, etc.
  • Sometimes the dashboard takes a while to update.
  • Sometimes things are not always triggered properly or quickly.
  • Sometimes it just moves slowly in general.
  • I am not completely sure on numbers.
  • But it is nice to see how everything is tracked.
  • I would say overall, our numbers have improved but I don't have complete access to all of those things.
I don't have any to compare to. But I've worked with other programs and am tech-savvy and I think it works great.

Most suited for recruiting, sales, and really anything where you have to keep up with a lot of clients. I am new to the CRM platforms and this type of work in general (I was a teacher previously), but I think HubSpot works great. I really don't have any major complaints, but also don't have a lot to compare it to.
