Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I used it daily as a CRM. It greatly aids me in managing my pipeline and creating tasks, email sequences, lists, and prospects to make sure I am effectively on track for my goals. I love the customizability of the product to cater to my individual needs. It easily links to most email programs and calls software for metric tracking. It is just an overall amazing organizational tool.
  • Email Sequences are essential to targeting leads to effectively connect with your pipeline in bulk communication
  • Pipeline Management is effective in driving results by tracking tasks and last touches to manage the different stages of your leads.
  • Customization allows you to manage your information best suited to how you want to engage your pipeline.
  • I wish I had the ability to attach video clips and other marketing-related information that wasn't blocked by the system like links to videos or outside resources.
  • A more manageable way when in a deal is to unmerge or remove information. As well as being able to apply the same email address to multiple records.
  • Effectively let me increase my contact percentage across my lead base by 40%
  • Assisted me in hitting my quota by 30%
I would say it is on par with Salesforce and other CRMS I have used in the past.
It has bridged the gap between our marketing and sales department hands down and provided a more effective tool pushing optimal results.
