Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

So far it's been good. It has made the whole process quite professional and seamless. I personally prefer HubSpot CRM more now. Don't really have much more to add here otherwise I would have. The work you guys have done is brilliant and I look forward to updated versions of it as well.

I find it quite easy to use once you get the hang of it. As compared to others I find the fact that it is sorted and not too complex. I still believe the user interface can be way simpler and more user-friendly though. But so far so good.
We collect data that the marketing team can use now and make campaigns based on them. Sales team is given the task to make each new deal and the software helps to track it. I am sure our marketing team has access to all this data and they use it to make better decisions.

I think it is best suited for inside sales job, and sales job where there are lots of incoming leads coming our way. I don't find it particularly fit for the situation where there is a field team and coming back home and filling in all the details can be a little hectic and time-consuming.
