Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Currently we are managing inbound and outbound leads, targeting customers and potential leads with sequences.
- Easy to use.
- Easy to teach.
- Quick.
- Stable.
- Auto-refresh has been janky - messes up my chats.
- Duplicate leads on input, tough for ops.
- Integrations don't work smoothly.
- Helps track team activity.
- Helps visualize pipeline activity.
- Onboards reps quicker.
Salesforce is a fancier version of HubSpot, not as flashy, probably has more integrations but requires more work the companies that work with HubSpot. Salesforce seem to prefer the simpler approach - and so do I.
