HubSpot CRM allows all the important account details which is very instrumental when approaching a customer initially as well as providing all data moving forward till the next call. This allows for continuity in the handling of prospects and logs a lot of the information that would have normally have been lost. Notes and email are of special importance to me as the automated sequences allow me to keep future customers warm while providing stages of engagement. Allowing me to create specific templates and then rolling them out to prospects as I choose is also a very welcome feature. The entire sales process is tied together even though there may be dozens of people involved in each account. The tracking and footprints logged in each record provide for ownership as well as history of discussions and actions taken by others within the organization. From the point that the prospect is created to the point of closure, HubSpot CRM proactively interfaces with each user to provide a more efficient and productive Sales environment.

This is clearly one of HubSpot CRM strengths and it is one that we have been able to leverage. Our employees are all remote and globally located working with minimal or no supervision. HubSpot CRM has made this possible and has allowed to tie in all departments and employees allowing true integration and coordination between departments, teams, and all staff.
HubSpot CRM is more comprehensive, more intuitive, and allows better Sales Automation than any other CRM we have used. It has proven invaluable in our remote operations and allows for a better more concerted effort. The ability to tie in all other associated departments is key to our adoption of HubSpot CRM and not that it has the feature, but that it does it seamlessly.
