Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is very useful. I use it for my daily work and activities, like all I need to do in my work is done in HubSpot. I use it to manage my pipeline, scheduled tasks, completing sales process, sending quotes and invoices, sending emails, calling prospects and even managing account and adding details.
  • Sending automatic emails once lead status is changed.
  • Actions done in each account are automatically recorded.
  • Email and SMS notifications are on time.
  • The system should have notifications if there are duplicate accounts.
  • Automatic detection if the information i.e phone numbers or email address are already in a certain profile.
  • Call recording availability in Hubspot
  • It really helps a lot as it manages the leads very well.
  • Increased in sales
  • Able to select the prospects and non- prospects
This is way more useful than the CRM, there are a lot of things that we can do in the HubSpot and very user friendly. It has précised details when it comes to the things we have done in the account, and notifications are very helpful as well. Over all it is the best system so far.
We can do a lot of things in HubSpot CRM and yes there are a lot of functions we can use. It doesn't take so much time to transfer to another page as well or to do. It is very fast, very accurate and very user- friendly, I would recommend this to everyone.

Hubspot CRM is very helpful in managing the account and managing the pipeline. I like it when it is very easy to use and very accurate. I think everything we do in HubSpot is automatic. When I changed the lead status, it will automatically send an email. And also tasks are very manageable.
