Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it in every aspect, from the Marketing team to the Sales team and even operations and reporting. At this point, we use it for literally everything. It addresses many of our marketing and website issues fully, and on the sales side of the business, there is a wide range that it covers but still room for improvement (as with anything in the world).
- Marketing
- Houses Customer data.
- Allows us to see our current deals.
- Reporting could be more detailed.
- Sales sequences could be better and more aligned to how Marketing is able to A/B test.
- Could provide better transcription for calls/meetings.
- Allow people to call back into the platform and receive the call-in platform instead of through our personal phones.
- Its helped us scale to this point. but we've outgrown it.
- It made it difficult at the size we're at to report on finer details of growth and business.
- It's allowed us to house all our customer and prospect data with ease (480k prospects total).
Not well. It's very difficult to tell what the marketing team has sent without jumping through hoops. And also have to jump through hoops to ensure that marketing isn't sending out mass emails to prospects the sales team is already engaging with.
- Salesloft and Outreach
I didn't select HubSpot, but I wouldn't recommend it over those two options. They are still the top performers when it comes to sales CRMs.
