Ease of Use and Variety of Functionality!
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to keep records of calls, emails, and general contact w/ our partners and to help me better engage with them. I also use the quoting tool to generate quotes for our partners. The calendar/scheduler link is also heavily used by everyone in our organization. Basically, I use the full array of sales tools provided to me.
Pros
- The quotes tool is very convenient and makes things so much easier when talking numbers with partners.
- The intuitive nature of the tool is great, as well. After completing a task, for example, it gives me the option to set a new task, which just saves me some time and allows me to not forget to set my monthly reminders for reach outs.
- The ability to tag co-workers in notes is especially helpful when they need to be looped into something. It makes sure im covering my bases when needed.
Cons
- I don't have anything in particular here.
- Being able to track who has viewed/completed a quote helps me confirm what sales have been completed and what ones I may need to reach back out to.
- Keeping detailed records of interactions and connecting to my outlook helps me recognize any potential issues w/ partners that I need to follow up on.
It has allowed us to have targeted email campaigns to current and prospective clients and see who is opening and engaging with those emails. This, in turn, allows us to know who we should be following up with or who we may need to have a different approach with.
I think it stacks up favorably against those two in terms of overall feature sets. I would say, however, that HubSpot is easier to get used to. You can jump right into HubSpot and know how to work with it. HubSpot is a little more intuitive than the others, personally.
