Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Deal management, contact management, we utilized sequences in the past but weren't super impressed with the tactics.
- Easy interface, good reporting/dashboard building.
- Customer integrations/new tech.
- Updating rosters of people.
- Calling feature is better than Salesforce.
- Sequence tools are lacking, they're very baseline.
- Navigating how to track website views.
- Chat function on website.
- Customer success team is tough to get ahold of for help.
- Pipeline has grown, ability to integrate with Outplay has helped.
- Logging activity automatically.
- Increased productivity from the team due to list management and filtering.
I can't speak to it, I manage sales and marketing, and overall the visibility is not lacking from what I have seen.
HubSpot has more value for the money and the ability to onboard folks quickly. does not need a full team and sales ops, one person can onboard a sales function which makes a lot of sense when it comes to effectiveness.
