Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

As a CRM and marketing tool to import pertinent contacts from Zoom Info, set up workflows, create templates, make calls, send emails and track it all. Some companies have several numbers either for various branches or departments, or even service lines but HubSpot CRM only allows for one main number without the ability to specify others and notate those numbers. Love the integration with email and MS Teams, though some numbers and emails generate error codes without providing a solution or a go-around. It would be valuable to figure that out plus allowing a user to integrate additional research more easily would be a value-add.

I like the streamlined functionality of HubSpot CRM, though better sorting for task dates would be helpful. The calling and email integration in the program is also great. Some companies and contacts have various phone numbers. While those are easy enough to input for individual contacts, there is only one field for a company phone number. At least 2 or 3 such fields would be preferable so that different company numbers may be input.
The short answer is yes, though depending on the permissions set, some of these efforts are less aligned than they could be. That, however, is a corporate decision for our company and has less to do with Hubspot's capabilities. It also appears that the tracking capabilities for activities and pipelines in Hubspot only work when all users actually use Hubspot versus doing tasks outside of it and tracking those on paper or in a separate Excel spreadsheet. It would be helpful to incorporate those spreadsheets into Hubspot so that the tracking is more accurate.

Well suited to businesses that have a database and are building one. HubSpot CRM is also great for integrating other applications the business may already have in place. Huge databases might be challenging to sort, however.
