Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot to manage our inbound leads and sales cycle. We also use forms, and run our email marketing through HubSpot. It helps us manage lead sources and the various stages of our sales process. It is simple to use and intuitive, which makes us more productive. We get insights into what content our site visitors consume. We custom tailor emails for segments of our list, and easily resend to unopeneds - which improves the results we see on our email campaigns. I have used many other platforms and I find they are less intuitive and the set up is a frustrating process.

- Less clunky email templates and designs. Messing with CSS is tedious and some team members don’t know how. The ability to produce a clean and compelling email from templates without all the tinkering would be a huge plus.
- Same comment applies to landing pages - the standard templates are dated. Page templates like Unbounce has would be great.
- Integration with ad accounts is a bit clunky.
- HubSpot has allowed us to implement segmented nurturing to increase closed won scenarios.
- Easily sending to unopeneds has increased webinar registrations by 21%
- Ability to create custom views of leads and pipeline has increased efficiency and cut down wasted time sorting leads.
Ease of use, value for the money, responsive and helpful support, good onboarding packages, quick stand up and get going time, strong user role management
