Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use it all day long for lead tracking, follow-up, email sequences, tasks, and activity feed to keep tabs on my database and the constant flow of inbound leads and outbound sourced leads that I create and input into Hubspot. It's my daily routine to be heavily involved with Hubspot. Sales Lead organization is all that it's about, and it helps my leads not fall thru the cracks!
  • Email Tracking- Activity Feed is great.
  • Sending sequences to automate email drip campaigns.
  • Integration to other apps that we use so data flow seamlessly.
  • User-friendly organizational flow. I have used other CRMS, and Hubspot is way easier to use.
  • Can make calls thru it with Aircall, great for when you have to dial for dollars.
  • Better review ability for the Deal Board. Possibly color-coded, better view, my team doesnt like it, and they prefer to use the app Mondays for our team meetings when looking at active pipeline.
  • Cant add in multiple phone #. You can add extra emails but not phone #s.
  • I couldn't utilize templates from the mobile app, that is frustrating.
  • Sales volume is up; I'd guess 30% by actively utilizing tasks, sequences, and activity feed daily.
  • # of "lost" leads has dramatically decreased when using sequences correctly.
  • New employees have time to get up and run much quicker than other CRM for ease of use.
Hubspot is my favorite CRM. I came from a mortgage background and used calyx point(good) encompass(not good) and several other proprietary ones that were not user-friendly. In general sales, the biggest competitor sales force is just too robust and most companies don't use 50% of what it can do nor the average salesperson would ever use it. I feel it's better to get the foundation and basics down pat for the ave salesperson so that they will actually use it on a daily basis. That has a bigger impact on the day-to-day activities than all the other fluff.
Salesforce was used for 2 years, and it's just too much. Wasnt a big fan of it and from feedback from management, it's overpriced for the use of the salesperson. I'm sure it has better uses for management but for the day-to-day task and sales flow, Hubspot is hard to beat and I'm happy my company uses it.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

Email tracking and alerts can see when people are opening and clicking on your email and links. This is the engaged clients and gives you a good pulse on those that should get attention. This feature has gained us many sales that could have fallen thru the cracks. Especially on old leads that we are not actively marketing to, they can pop back up, and we would have no other way of knowing they were re-engaging, and there they are!
