Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use Hubspot to manage and monitor leads and companies.

Sending out Sequences, setting up WorkFlow, booking meetings, monitoring contacts' website behaviours, tracking support tickets, just naming a few I do in Hubspot.

Hubspot CRM includes many features that if you use other CRMs, you have to pay for other products to do what Hubspot CRM offers.
As sales, I have a clear view of the information Marketings are sending out. I also have control over what I send out automatically.
And it's easy for me to find the root of the issues quickly.
Marketing team is definitely cooperating with Sales team easier with Hubspot's help.
initially, it's the cost factor.
Now, I am used to Hubspot CRM and am doing more than what Salesforce used to let me.
The one thing I miss from Salesforce is their reports. Hubspot is a bit lack in that area.

When setting up Workflows, some fields are hard to understand and hard to get correct data to filter. The support team is great, they get to the bottom of this and helped.
When I set up a workflow with Companies because I need the fields under companies to filter, but I want to email only one person of that company, I can't. Because contacts and companies have different fileds.
