Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use Hubspot to manage and monitor leads and companies.
Sending out Sequences, setting up WorkFlow, booking meetings, monitoring contacts' website behaviours, tracking support tickets, just naming a few I do in Hubspot.

initially, it's the cost factor.
Now, I am used to Hubspot CRM and am doing more than what Salesforce used to let me.
The one thing I miss from Salesforce is their reports. Hubspot is a bit lack in that area.
