Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot for our sales team and marketing efforts. It certainly helps us as a CRM but also in many other ways - such as having all the information on a potential client in one place. For instance it really bridges the gap between the Marketing and Sales department.
- Tracking all of the Contacts Website activity
- Workflows to automate mundane tasks
- Snippets and Templates to increase the speed of regular follow up emails etc.
- Email, SMS and Social all in one place for us to manage
- Timeframes - inability to set different selections on time frame presets
- Our Sales team use HubSpot every day so the ROI is great
I think Salesforce Marketing Cloud is outdated and clunky compared to HubSpot. HubSpot is far superior in regards to the UI and the ease of use. But also has some functionality far beyond that of Salesforce as a whole.
