Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot contains our constituents, supporters and all those who engage with the Senator from around the world. We use it to keep track of their emails, calls, and to send them information

NationBuilder was more complex. Others I've used have also been more complex and difficult to use

Yes

HubSpot is easy to use and stores plenty of information in ways that are great for the user but HubSpot is horrible if you are trying to find something. It is not a good search engine in the back end.
