Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot allows me to gain an insight into the buying needs and trends for our customer base by utilizing the data to understand why we win deals or can be a fit in their current issues.

As far as the power available for a sales rep, it outperforms. But as far as customization and visibility for a manager, it lacks the competitive advantage.
Salesforce is better as a manager in regards to customization and reporting capabilities.
