Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM for keeping track of clients and deals within our organization. It enables me to stay organized while also watching my own progress of projects and clients. It has an interactive way of showing you the progress on projects in the deals page so you don't need to go searching and can easily refer to it. It also allows you to pull reports to see how your numbers in calls or emails or campaigns are faring week by week.

This one is more user-friendly as well as the same level of ease of use or learning. The pricing is a fraction of soft choice and it has many features that are also offered by the competitor brand. You'd be getting essentially the same output from this system that you would be from soft choice.

Ease of use was definitely one of our most important factors. Our team is constantly growing, so being able to have new members learn how to use software is a growing pain, but that is not the case with HubSpot CRM. This means that we can use our time being more productive.
I would use the same evaluation and selection process. We really value efficiency and price effectiveness. Hubspot CRM accomplishes both of those priorities.
