HubSpot CRM is our one source of truth. We store all relevant information for us to use. If we didn’t have it, keeping customers and getting new customers would be a lot harder. HubSpot CRM is also constantly improving and adding new features, helping us grow and improve operations in meaningful ways. HubSpot CRM does the basics well and is constantly getting better at the advanced.

It keeps us in lockstep and helps us focus on money-making activities. We are able to work on templates together focus on marketing and sales campaigns, while also being able to understand who is being marketed to, and who is being sold to, and differentiated between those two is very difficult, allowing HubSpot CRM, a place to separate those two activities, allowing us to do our job, better and focus on not confusing and making the contacts weary are completed due to lack of professionalism.
It is easier to use and far more robust with features. HubSpot CRM is far more robust and titling more than just contacts deals and companies. It has the ability to track anything we want, like products and tools, and other things that we use during the sales process. Apollo does not have these abilities, making it a great attachment to the CRM but not a complete service without HubSpot CRM.
