Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is our one source of truth. We store all relevant information for us to use. If we didn’t have it, keeping customers and getting new customers would be a lot harder. HubSpot CRM is also constantly improving and adding new features, helping us grow and improve operations in meaningful ways. HubSpot CRM does the basics well and is constantly getting better at the advanced.

It’s like the apple of CRM, easy to use for basics but capable of much more when you know how to use it. I have limited use of other CRM systems. My experience with Salesforce was at massive companies where we weren't tracking leads or deals but stores. I believe HubSpot CRM is the best CRM for small companies taking a product to market.
It is easier to use and far more robust with features. HubSpot CRM is far more robust and titling more than just contacts deals and companies. It has the ability to track anything we want, like products and tools, and other things that we use during the sales process. Apollo does not have these abilities, making it a great attachment to the CRM but not a complete service without HubSpot CRM.

HubSpot CRM is perfect for using sequences for follow up post events, as well as tracking current customer renewals. It is a little bit harder to track invoices for customers that have recurring revenue on a more than monthly basis. Following along with the selling process is also easy with HubSpot CRM. The ability to customize everything is key.
