It helps us stay organized and keep my sales tasks on track so I don't have to constantly draw on my memory. Storing contact information and information is what I like best about it. I can store key contacts and information about certain prospects that I otherwise would have forgotten. The reporting is also stellar and appreciate the transparency it provides. It helps quantify my work as a remote worker and wouldn't be possible with every step tracked. I find the recorded calls feature incredibly useful for development as well.
