Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The contacts management is suburb. Super easy to find the right person at the right time, and you do have to go super deep into a record to find the important information. It surfaces really fast. We also use for our deals in motion and pipeline management. Easy to see what deals with what activity are in process.
  • Contact Management
  • Deals Review
  • Email Templates and Sequence
  • Auto generate order forms on accounts
  • Not have every function behind a paywall
  • More out of the box reporting
  • Cross functional organization
  • Central to sales and marketing functions
  • Great activity tracker
Never had used it before, it was super easy to learn. Everything is initiative and makes sense.
Salesforce is the standard and they have been the main repository for my previous companies that I have been at. However, it is a robust tool, clunky at times and lacks ease of use. HubSpot CRM out of the box is super easy to use, great for organizations without a dedicated Rev Ops admin, and at a fraction of the price. Although Salesforce has greater functionality and ecosystem, bang for your buck HubSpot CRM is the winner.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

Way more intuitive that the other big CRMs, so I highly recommend it for small businesses who have little familiarity with complex CRMs. Additionally great for organizations without a dedicated admin, where most of the admin work is fairly easy to understand.
