Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use the sales and marketing functionality in creating deals and following up on the lead when it comes in. Zoom is integrated with HubSpot CRM as well as Outlook and Planhat. I create lists associated with the deals and create emails for nurturing. Love the fact that I can see who opens the emails and clicks on the links. I am in HubSpot CRM every day; setting up tasks are very helpful.

I used Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the past for 14 years and have only used HubSpot CRM for 3 years. I would says my ease of use would be better if I had more training in HubSpot CRM.
