Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM to track deals - I move them into different funnels as they progress through the sales journey from a qualified lead all the way to closed deal. I also use to to log support query tickets.
  • Lets the sales team know what stage the clients are at
  • Great for communicating in between internal departments
  • Great for reminding sales to follow up on certain dates
  • I like colours - I want to know certain things about a client just by seeing a different colour.
  • To elaborate on the color - if a client is cash or finance I'd like to know by seeing what colour the deal is.
HubSpot CRM is much better than ASANA but I have never used Salesforce so I don't have anything to compare it to.
There is very little automation in ASANA and no reminder task setting

The calendar settings could be better. I would suggest using the Calendy model
