Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
CRM HubSpot is a time saver when it comes to collaborate with my team members.
Also, it makes it a lot easier for us to add or update client's information.
Before we used to do all of this with Google Sheets, now, we have the need to use a CRM since we are growing, also, we can make it work with our phone system to always know who's calling and have the information ready.

Google Sheets is very simple to use, we just needed something better to be more organized and have easy access to companies' information since we are expanding, and we are reaching to new clients.
With Google Sheets this is more difficult since we need to manually look for the information when someone calls our numbers. With HubSpot, we have the client's information when they call, as long as we have their information first.
