Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

CRM HubSpot is a time saver when it comes to collaborate with my team members.

Also, it makes it a lot easier for us to add or update client's information.

Before we used to do all of this with Google Sheets, now, we have the need to use a CRM since we are growing, also, we can make it work with our phone system to always know who's calling and have the information ready.

The last software I used was Google Sheets, now, we can import all the information from Google Sheets to HubSpot CRM and have a better organization and protected.

Adding new companies is really simple and fast, updating information on existing clients is also simple and fast. We are really impressed and happy on how easy it is to use.
Google Sheets is very simple to use, we just needed something better to be more organized and have easy access to companies' information since we are expanding, and we are reaching to new clients.

With Google Sheets this is more difficult since we need to manually look for the information when someone calls our numbers. With HubSpot, we have the client's information when they call, as long as we have their information first.

Adding client's contact information, of company's information is really easy and it helps a lot when you just add the website and HubSpot gives more public information.

So far, I haven't encountered any issues using the platform and my team is happy that we switched to this CRM, we are thrilled to have 1 place for all the information we need.
