Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to track who opens my emails and documents. I can see how long people are viewing individual pages on my papers. This allows me to workshop specific pages to increase sales. Without measurable data, I would never be able to see what was working and what needed fixing.

  • Quick Emails with Templates.
  • Clarity in who is viewing my emails.
  • When I open an email I sent with my iPhone, HubSpot sends me a notification saying, "Someone has opened your email."
  • I wish it were easier to see viewership data on sent documents through the Chrome extension.
  • This has helped our team workshop our offerings and email templates for higher metrics like higher open rate % & longer document page views.
I haven't used other CRM software.
