Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it across all departments, marketing, sales, customer support it helps with automation alot, I would oversee marketing a some sales process and it really helps give a clear picture processes and campaigns from start to finish and everything else in between.

- Allowing to embed polls / surveys into sales emails would help
- Software to easily host webinars in the portal via marketing dashboard
- Alert you when you haven't reached out to a 'prospect' after a certain amount of time
- doesn't allow us to send more than 2,000 marketing emails a month
I find HubSpot user friendly but it needs to focus more on the little details that are important to marketing for collection of data and engagement rather than 3rd parties they should implement more features into their own platform. Selected HS as it is a CRM I am familiar with, but if something better came along I could look at that . Don't only focus on the bigger picture listen to what your customers want or you could lose them in my opinion.
