Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I am the sole business development rep. at my organization. Which means apart from cold outreach I also manage the accounts and it is amazing to be able to use HubSpot CRM to track the various activities at a moments notice. Features like call recording help me assess my successful and not so successful calls, making me better by the day.
  • Calling directly from web platform and call recording features
  • Email integration with organization emails
  • Tracking activity and integration with quoting and invoicing tools
  • Account management and various report building to track progress
  • Personalized Dashboards to collect, track and improve overall progress
  • Microsoft Email integration
  • Tracking of sub and parent companies
  • Archiving contacts and building and uploading list fields.
  • Before HubSpot CRM we were using Podium, safe to say the efficiency and overall interactions with client ease it provides has saved us tons on opportunity cost
  • Being able to integrate with quoting and estimate systems, makes it seamless to close deals
  • Account management really helps us keep track of clients that may have slowed down or stopped giving us business, always worth throwing in a task for that. Also good to build reports around monetary goals and values.
I used Dealersocket in Automotive sales, Salesforce in financial sales and Podium as the previous CRM at my current organization. Safe to say HubSpot CRM wins in all aspects of business development and sales. From account management, to client interactions it is the best. Reporting and dashboards have projected numbers and tracking abilities like none other and still very customizable to the person. Finally the marketing tools are seamless and automated, which makes cold outreach easy yet effective. All in all, HubSpot blows them out of the water for good reason.

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

Scenerios for a small BD team, where clients are overlapping and there is a mix of big and small clients is something HubSpot does great. Tracking and communicating abilities through out your internal team, as well as any cold outreach on call and email is very well suited for this CRM and must continue.

As mentioned, Microsoft integration is just not that great. Having to manually log emails for a team the size of ours is troubling. Especially working in a fast paced environment where tracking should be seamless, its nothing short of annoying.
