We use Human Interest to manage our 401K portfolio as well as transferring our assets from a previous payroll company.
  • communication is great
  • follow up also excels
  • responds in a timely fashion to needs
  • explaining the process and timeline to transfer assets from one management team to another
  • admin fees are less
  • phone response time is much better

Yes - ADP. We wanted payroll and 401k managed by one cohesive business partnership. ADP PEO payroll benefit package increased yearly by 25-50%. The time waiting to talk to their investment group was ridiculous.
