Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
We use Human Interest for our own company. The blend of convenient integration with our payroll and benefits administration software with a low cost in fees for our 401k participants was important so that we could help them save the greatest amount possible.
- The User Interface it really simple to understand
- They keep our employees up to date on each funding date and their balances
- The ability to see performance reports on demand is really nice
- The customer service has a touch of an overly automated feel. More human interception of questions and less overtly Salesforce programming would be nice
- We've been able to consistently grow or contributions
- New hire enrollment is extremely efficient
