Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
We use Human Interest for our 401k plan. We chose Human Interest due to its cost, ease of use, and fiduciary role. The produce takes the responsibility away from the company and is responsible for it. This requires less work on our end as they deal with all the employee notifications, email, and interactions. This allows me more time to do my real work.
- Running the 401k plan
- Sending out the required emails for the plan
- Letting participants know when they are at the plans yearly limits.
- It would be great if the current case managers contact info was on the dashboard
- It lets me sleep well know that someone else is responsible for the plan and is doing the necessary required paperwork.
Human Interest is priced lower or competitively against the other companies. Human Interest requires much less work on my end than the other services demand.
