Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using IBM Cloud Pak for the purposes of retailer operations where a consistent optimization for consumer journeys are needed in that regard we have been able to personalize marketing campaigns with ultimate aim of winning hard conversions, as well as outlining a seamless journey where consumer can not brake.

In this specific case IBM’s tools are analyzing the consumer behavior correctly and increase our conversions based on that.
