Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant
Currently, our organization is using IBM QRadar which is integrated with IBM Watson Assistant in order to perform machine learning and automation. With IBM Watson Assistant, we can easily correlate events and perform root cause analysis efficiently. We are also able to perform threat hunting with the information and details provided by IBM Watson Assistant.

IBM Watson Assistant is actually working transparently from the customer perspective. We are monitoring customer infrastructure using IBM QRadar which is able to capture and gather most of the information from their devices. Additionally, the integration with IBM Watson Assistance can improve workforce productivity significantly by providing AI and NLP features.
Since our organization has been using IBM QRadar for a long time, it would be great to integrate with IBM products as well. This will cause lesser hassle to integrate with other third-party products from the market. At the same time, technical support from IBM is quite reliable and we are able to resolve the reported issue on time.
