Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
We use Indeed for mid-career professional outreach. We've recently found resume search the more effective portion of the platform.
- Resume search
- Indexing of jobs from our ATS
- candidate communications, candidates don't always check their Indeed email
- use candidate personal email address, not Indeed email
- We have had enough hires from the platform to cover its cost
Overall, LinkedIn has brought us more candidates. Indeed has its place in our portfolio based on level and function of the position.
