We use Influitive for our customer community hub
  • Great communication with account reps
  • Ability to ask questions and have them answered in a timely manner
  • Better tailoring to specific industries
  • increased customer engagement
  • increased feedback from customers for product and service related issues
Support is very helpful at Influitive and quickly answers any questions!
We have benefited by being able to connect with our customers on a closer, 1-1 basis. It has enhanced our feedback we give to our support and product teams in terms of what customers are saying and what they would like to see.

Influitive works really well with some industries, however the industry we are in, I'm not sure they manage many communities similarly. It would be helpful to hear what other success stories are coming from industries like ours.
