Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft

We use Infusionsoft company-wide. We use it as the core of all our systems, CRM, e-commerce and marketing. We have multiple users in there doing daily tasks as well as automated follow up with email, postal mail, text messaging and calls. The reporting on the dashboard and task alerts keeps everyone focused on the most important tasks.

Pros

  • It helps you build trackable, automated business systems.
  • The CRM helps keep an amazing segmented marketing list.
  • The e-commerce is easy to use and helps collect payments from clients quickly.

Cons

  • They are constantly improving, but a friendly email builder would be great.
  • I would also like to have more robust reporting.
  • It has doubled my business each year for the past 2 years - always a positive ROI.
This beats all the other issues out there with as close as you can get to all-in-one. Stop using Excel, contacts, mailchimp and Stripe.... get it all together.
It works great for helping the solo business owner grow his business revenue and systems to get over that first revenue bump (usually $250,000). From there it still supports that business up to and beyond the $5M mark.
