Overall Satisfaction with InsideView
InsideView is being used in the sales department at PowerPlan for many reasons, but mostly for prospecting. As a business development rep, it is my job to find new prospects throughout the world to interact with. InsideView is my main tool for finding legitimate prospects and so far the information that it has provided has been impressive.
- Accurate information
- Attractive and easy user interface
- Variety of tools to use within the platform
- Contact info is sometimes off
- "People" tab can have old information
- International presence could improve
- There has definitively been an ROI as far as revenue.
- Time ROI is hugely positive. I can work for 30 minutes and finish what used to take me a week.
- Importing lists has saved a lot of time for our admins.
I personally like the layout of InsideView better than other similar platforms. The search function is super easy to use. I also use the competitor tab often when searching for a company because often I am targeting an entire industry.
