Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is used predominantly with the inbound customer team. It addresses the problem of needing a centralized way to access and manage customer data.

I have been able to increase sales, due to the efficiency of the product. The inbound team has been able to use data from Insightly to more effectively manage customer relationships.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is great for Microsoft shops and allows for rapid custom development as needed, which is definitely a strength. Insightly has the potential to surpass Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Well suited for both small and large size enterprises that desire an all-inclusive CRM.
