Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

It is currently being used by one department as part of a proof of value. It is supposed to address issues around customer interactions and simplify our data consumption and distribution.
  • Lead management.
  • Ease of use -- it's intuitive.
  • Workflow management.
  • More standard reporting.
  • Data retrieval can be slow depending on the request.
  • No FedRamp.
  • During POV, we quickly realized we can offer cost take outs by switching CRMs.
  • Business efficiencies were gained by simplifying the data entry and retrieval
  • Better lead tracking allowed for time savings.
Insightly was a cheaper solution and had easier adoption of the end users. Ease of use and desire to use the product provided a positive user expereince which in turn encouraged useage.
This is an ideal product for small to mid-size organizations. I would have concerns on large companies looking to replace Salesforce with this product. It is perfect for quick implementations for Proof of Value.
